About your deposit
When you book online you pay a small deposit to hold your appointment. It comes off the price of your treatment on the day, so it is not an extra charge.
We ask for a deposit because a missed appointment leaves an empty chair that someone else could have had. If you need to change your time, please let us know as early as you can.
Good to know
Questions we get asked
How long does a full set of acrylics take?
Allow about an hour and a quarter for a full set with gel polish. French tips, ombré or detailed nail art can add a little more time.
Can I have BIAB on short nails?
Yes. BIAB is lovely on short nails. It adds strength so your own nails can grow without bending or breaking.
How often will I need an infill?
For acrylics, every two to three weeks. For BIAB, every three to four weeks. Leave it much longer and the nail gets heavy at the tip, which makes lifting and breaks more likely.
Can you take off a set I had done somewhere else?
Yes. Book a soak-off removal on its own, or with your new set, and we will take it off gently so your own nails are not damaged.
Can I bring a picture of the nail art I want?
Please do. Show us when you arrive and we will talk through the design, how long it will take and the price before we start.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, when you book online. It holds your appointment and comes off the price on the day.
